RS-485: It is a two-series communication standard defined by EIA (Electronic Industries Association of the USA) as EIA/TIA-485. RS-485 based communication systems communicate with digital information on the paired cores between the transmitter and receiver. Devices can be placed up to 1220 meters away without a repeater, 32 RS-485 transmitter-receiver data vehicles (32 drivers 32 receivers) can be created and can communicate at speeds of 100Kbps (at 1200 meters) to 10Mbps (at 12 meters) depending on the cable length. These systems provide better noise immunity than single-ended systems such as RS 232 by making balanced output and differential input. Thus, they send data at higher bit rates over longer distances. RS485 can be used in two or four-wire network systems. Thanks to the three-phase capability of RS-485, multiple transmitter-receiver pairs can be connected to a two-wire multiple connection line. In addition, four-wire systems can be used to provide connections from the main connection driver to all slave receiver units and from all slave drivers to the main connection receiver.

Rs-232: It is a well-known interface standard. It is designed for serial information exchange between two devices. Information can be sent up to 15~31 meters away with a suitable cable. It allows data transmission up to 20Kbps
RS-422: It is a two-series communication standard. Communication systems based on RS 422 communicate with digital information on the paired cores between the transmitter and receiver. Devices can be placed up to 1220 meters away without the need for a repeater, and RS 422 drivers can communicate with up to 10 receivers (1 driver 10 receivers) at speeds of 100Kbps (at 1200 meters) to 10Mbps (at 12 meters) depending on the cable length. These systems provide better noise immunity than single-ended systems such as RS 232 by providing balanced output and differential input. Thus, connections using RS 422 send data at higher bit rates over a longer distance compared to connections using RS 232. RS 422 also allows for point-to-multipoint connections. However, RS-485 devices are still required for the master unit to receive information from the slave unit.
