• The joint is used for the splicing of two cables together.
• Has a total capacity of up to 96 fusion splices.
• The closure is supplied with four splice trays each able to accommodate up to
24 fusion splices.
• Cables are sealed into the closure using heat shrink sleeves.
• The closure end blocks have a fixing system for cable armour wires.
• Supplied with a heat shrinkable cover to protect the joint from corrosion.
• The closure end blocks are made from brass and the closure cover is made
from tinned copper.
• Can be installed to depths of 150 metres.
