Features and Benefits
• Each joint is supplied with 2 pre-fitted splice trays each capable of
containing up to 48 spliced fibres.
• Each joint is supplied with 96 mini heat-shrink splice protectors.
• The closure base has 6 circular entry ports, four of them factory fitted with
5 meters of flexduct to feed through the cable fibre modules. The
maximum capacity of each flexduct is 24 Retractanet fibre modules with 2
fibres each or 12 feeder cable loose tubes 1.55 mm with 12 fibres each.
• All flexducts are sealed using adhesive lined heat-shrink sleeves. The base
entry ports are pre-shot blasted and configured with easy knock out ends,
eliminating the need for cutting and abrading.
• The joints are supplied with all of the components required to prepare,
install and store the fibres of one 96 fibre feeder cable and 3 Retractanet
cables.
• Additional flexducts can be installed into the circular ports of the joint
using Retractanet flexduct kits.
