• The CTB MK3 is pre-terminated in the factory to a length of cable using
SC/APC connectors. Fully tested, each box is supplied with data for insertion
loss and return loss for each connector.
• The standard cable lengths available are 50m or 100m. Other lengths can be

• The internal/external cable type (L1083-x) has 6mm nominal diameter. It
contains from one to four fibres BendbrightXS (G.657.A2) in a 900 microns
buffer, SC/APC pre-terminated. The cable has a external HDPE sheath that can
be pilled to continue the installation, without interruption, with the internal
LSOH sheath inside the premises. The cable can enter unit from rear, bottom,
top, right hand side or left hand face.
• The external cable type (L1084-x) has a 5mm nominal diameter, HDPE
sheath. It contains from one to four fibres BendbrightXS (G.657.A2) in a 900
microns buffer, SC/APC pre-terminated. The cable can enter unit from the
bottom face.
• All fibres are positively managed to maintain a 15mm minimum bend radius.
• A splice tray is available when maintenance is needed, for up to 4 fusion
splices.
• Patch cords exit the unit on bottom face and are protected by the use of
inner-shuttered adapters.
• Supplied with a bracket for wall mounting (with screws or double face tape),
for embedded electrical junction box or for mounting directly onto a DIN Rail.

• On the front face, the HCTB can also accept through the Keystone port:
a female connector (type 9.52) TV antenna cable

a male connector (Type RJ45) CATx for Ethernet networks.
This feature allows to use the same existing duct to install the optical
cable together with the already installed copper cable.
• The «pull» type cable (L1082-1) for duct installation or direct to the wall
installation are LSOH, have a 4 mm nominal diameter, contains one fibre
BendbrightXS (G.657.A2) in a 900 microns buffer, SC/APC pre-terminated.
• The «push» type cable (L1087-1R) for duct installation are LSOH, have a 2,7 mm
maximum diameter, contains one fibre BendbrightXS (G.657.A2) in a 900 microns
buffer, SC/APC pre-terminated. All the accessories needed to push the cable are
supplied within the kit.
• Cables can enter unit from rear and bottom side.

Yağlı tip dağıtım transformatörleri 36 kV gerilim seviyesine ve 5000 kVa gücüne kadar giriş ve çıkış gerilimlerini istenilen oranlarda değiştiren, işletme sırasında oluşan ısının transformatör yağı ile atılarak izin verilen çalışma sıcaklığını aşmaması için soğutmanın transformatör yağı ile sağlandığı transformatörlerdir. Bu tip transformatörler hermetik ve genleşme depolu olarak 2 (iki) ana başlık altında incelenebilir:
Hermetik Yağlı Tip Dağıtım Transformatörleri
25 – 5000 kVA güç aralığında, 36 kV yüksek gerilim seviyesine kadar, üç veya tek fazlı, yağlı, tabi soğutmalı (ONAN), boşta kademe değiştiricili veya yük altında otomatik kademe değiştiricili, hem hariçte hem de dahilde kullanılabilecek şekilde üretilmektedirler. Hermetik yağlı tip dağıtım transformatörleri, vakum altında yağ dolumu yapılarak yağ basıncı ve atmosfer basıncının istenen sıcaklıkta dengelenmesi ile soğutma yağının atmosferle temas etmemesi prensipleri ile imal edilir.
Hermetik yağlı tip dağıtım transformatörlerinde ısıl değişimler nedeniyle değişen yağ basıncı sonucu iç ısı, kazan dalga duvarlarının doğal yollarla genleşip büzülmesiyle kontrol altına alınır. Bu etkilere dayanabilecek şekilde mekanik tasarımı ve imalatı yapılır.
Hermetik yağlı tip dağıtım transformatörleri genleşme depolu transformatörlere oranla yükseklikleri daha düşüktür. Bu nedenle de daha küçük alanlarda kullanılabilir.
Hermetik transformatörlerde yağ atmosferle temas etmediği için genleşme depolu transformatörlerde olduğu gibi belirli periyotlarda yağ değişimi gerektirmez.
Genleşme Depolu Transformatör
Genleşme depolu transformatörler çekirdek ve bobin yapısıyla hermetik transformatörlerle aynıdır. Bu tip transformatörlerin genleşme depolarının boyutları, sıcaklıkla hacmi artan yağın genleşmesini depolayacak şekilde hesaplamalar sonucunda tasarımı ve imalatı yapılır.
Genleşme depolu transformatörler atmosfere açık olduğu için termik etkiler nedeniyle değişen yağ basıncı , transformatörün deposunda bulunan slikajel (hava kurutucu) sayesinde havanın nemi alınarak hava alışverişi sağlanır.
İşletmeye alınan genleşme depolu transformatörün yüke bağlı olarak ısı farklılıklarından kaynaklanan hava alışverişi sonucunda zamanla slikajel özelliğini kaybeder ve yağın nemlenmesine, yapısının bozulmasına yol açar. Bu nedenle belirli periyotlarda slikajel değiştirilmesi ve yağdan numune alınarak delinme geriliminin ölçülmesi gibi bakımları yapılması gereklidir.
