Yüksek gerilim iletken ve yalıtkan bantlarla yapılan sargılarla meydana getirilen deflektör ise elektrik alanının kontrol altına alınmasını sağlar. Akışı gayet kolay olan Piretolin maddesiyle ek kalıpları tamamen doldurulur ve sertleşmenin ardından kablo devreye sokulabilir.
