Structure
On a conductor made of copper wire, the cores coated with LSOH insulation, with a thickness that will meet the electrical properties, are twisted together in a star quad
shape to form the cable core. After a holding and protective polyester tape (optional) is wrapped on this core, a tin-plated earth wire and 1 layer of aluminum-coated polyester tape screen with the metal part turned inward are wrapped on it to ensure the continuity of the screen. A red LSOH sheath is coated on the screen. The outer sheath thickness shall be in accordance with TSE K 173.
Technical Information
Temperature in fixed conditions: -30 °C, +70 °C
Temperature in mobile conditions: -5 °C, +50 °C
Areas of Use
Used as a signal communication cable protected against electrical interference in fixed installations inside buildings.

Structure
A flame barrier mica tape is helically wrapped on the conductor made of copper wire. The cable core is formed by twisting the cores coated with LSOH insulation on the mica tape conductors, which are thick enough to meet the electrical specifications, together in a star quad shape. After wrapping the polyester tape (optional) with holding and protective features on this core, a longitudinally tin-plated drain wire and 1 layer of aluminum-coated polyester tape screen with the metal part facing inward are wrapped on it to ensure the continuity of the screen. Orange-colored LSOH sheath is coated on the screen. The outer sheath thickness shall be in accordance with TSE K 173.

Areas of Use
They are used as signal transmission cables in industrial applications, control and measurement systems. They are suitable for internal fixed installations. These shielded cables are not affected by external electrical interferences and provide continuity in signal quality. HFFR material is used in these cables, which are tested according to the IEC 60332-3 standard, they are late-igniting and largely self-extinguishing. They have low smoke density and do not emit toxic and corrosive gases. They are used in areas where people are densely populated and important materials are present.
