Structure
A flame barrier mica tape is helically wrapped on the conductor made of copper wire. The cable core is formed by twisting the cores or pairs coated with LSOH insulation on the mica tape conductors, which are thick enough to meet the electrical properties. After wrapping a polyester tape with holding and protective properties on this core and a braided screen made of tinned copper wires (min. 50% coating), an orange colored LSOH sheath is covered. The outer sheath thickness shall be in accordance with TSE K 178.
