Structure
A flame barrier mica tape is helically wrapped on the conductor made of copper wire. The cable core is formed by twisting the cores or pairs coated with LSOH insulation on the mica tape conductors, which are thick enough to meet the electrical specifications. After wrapping a polyester tape (optional) with a holding and protective feature on this core, a longitudinal earth wire and 1 layer of aluminum-coated polyester tape screen with the metal part turned inward are wrapped on top to ensure the continuity of the screen. The orange-colored LSOH sheath is coated on the screen.
